Terms & Conditions

Shano’s Mobile Car Wash (hereinafter referred to as “SMCW”) provides professional mobile car washing and detailing services in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Vehicle Handling

SMCW staff will not drive, relocate, or operate customer vehicles under any circumstances. Vehicles must be positioned by the owner or an authorized representative prior to commencement of service.

2. Products & Chemicals

SMCW exclusively uses industry-recognised, professional-grade cleaning and detailing products. While every effort is made to ensure the correct and safe use of these products, SMCW accepts no liability for manufacturer faults, defects, or outcomes caused by chemical formulations beyond our control.

3. Scope of Services

SMCW provides both vehicle washing and detailing services, which include deep cleaning of interiors and exteriors, paint enhancement, and other advanced treatments as specified in our service packages. The exact scope of work will depend on the service level booked and agreed upon at the time of appointment.

4. Duty of Care

SMCW exercises the highest level of care when cleaning and detailing vehicles. While all reasonable precautions are taken, SMCW will not be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our service.

5. Environmental & Council Compliance

To comply with Council water regulations, SMCW may require access to tank or bore water where available. In areas subject to water restrictions, vehicles should be parked on grassed areas wherever possible to minimise environmental impact.

6. Customer Obligations

• Remove all rubbish and personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
• Remove booster seats and child restraints to ensure safe access to the rear seating area.
• Clear all loose items, including those located in the boot, to provide full access for cleaning and detailing.
